Utilizing her two decades of industry experience, Melissa’s responsibilities include change management, human resources policy design and implementation, leadership training and development, mentoring, strategic planning as well as employee relations including retention and succession management.
Recognized by the National Association of Professional Women as a VIP Woman of The Year, Melissa prides her success on the work she does and her advice to individuals starting out in the professional world is to “find work that you can identify with and are passionate about.” Graduating from Suffolk University with her Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Melissa enjoys skiing and quality family time outside of work.
