Chef Eric Barale

 Chef Eric Barale is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Hospitality. Eric is the Senior Culinary Director and Executive Chef for the Apollo Group.

 In business for over forty years, the Apollo Group is an internationally recognized food service and supplier amongst hotels and cruise ships with first class catering services. A seasoned chef with over three decades of experience, Eric has been with the Apollo Group for twelve years where he flourishes as their Senior Culinary Director and Executive Chef.

 

Trained under several of France’s Top Chefs, Eric specializes in employee assessment and training, fine cuisine, hospitality management, menu development and much more. Throughout the course of his education and training, Eric studied at the Hotel School of Toulouse in France.
