Lisa Renee Dubbs

 Lisa Renee Dubbs, LCSW-C is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Pinnacle Professionals in the field of Mental Health. Lisa is a Clinical Social Worker in private practice at Empowering Hearts & Minds, LLC, Eldersburg, Maryland.

 As mental health therapist and clinical social worker for the last 17 years, she has worked with children, adolescents and adults through individual, couples and family therapies for various agencies in Baltimore, Baltimore County and Carroll County in the state of Maryland. Currently, she is in private practice specializing in Trauma and PTSD, Depression and Anxiety, Grief and Loss, and Compassion Fatigue.

Most recently, she’s added to her treatment approaches, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for PTSD, Anxiety and Trauma. Lisa holds a true passion for helping others by empowering hearts and minds of clients who are wanting to improve their mental health and their interpersonal relationships. She offers expert knowledge and support to help them realize their own strengths as they move forward toward personal growth, peace and recovery.

 

As the owner and sole member of her private practice, she in addition to working with clients, she handles all administrative and financial aspects of her business. Throughout the course of her career, Lisa has established and maintained professional connections through her memberships with the National Association of Social Workers Maryland Chapter and National Association of Professional Women. Lisa graduated with her Master’s in Social Work from the University Of Maryland School Of Social Work in 1998, with a clinical concentration and families and children specialization.
