Jane (Janie) Read, M.S.N., R.N., is recognized by Continental Who’s Who in the field of Healthcare. Janie is the Vice President, Operations for St. 
Joseph Health System. A local favorite amongst residents, St. Joseph’s Health System provides efficient, top quality patient care and integrated medical services to individuals in Napa and Sonoma counties within multiple prestigious medical centers. Working closely in the areas of hospital administration, communications, leadership, team building and more, Janie has been a nurse for thirty-eight years.
An accomplished medical professional, she is responsible for the oversight and administration at Petaluma Valley Hospital which houses up to eighty patients at a time. A member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives, National Association of Professional Women and Sigma Theta Tau, Janie is the recipient of the 2013 Women in Business in Innovation and Visionaries in Sonoma County award. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, gardening and golf. Charitably, Janie donates her time to local organizations such as COTS Homeless Shelter of Petaluma, Stray Rescue of St. Louis and the Children’s Rescue Hospital in Memphis.
