Chrysanna Woroch

 Chrysanna Woroch, M.D., is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Healthcare. Dr. Woroch is a Surgical Assistant at NYU Langone Medical Center. Recognized as the number one facility for quality and safety in the UHC Quality and Accountability Study, NYU Langone Medical Center is a global leader in treating countless medical conditions in inpatient and outpatient settings throughout NYC’s five boroughs, Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess counties, Long Island and New Jersey. Given her dedication to research in cognitive development and varied medical topics, as well as her devotion to educating students in skills of medical/surgical technologies, Dr. Woroch is an integral asset to the NYU Langone team.

Outside of the hospital, Dr. Woroch is the current CEO and Executive Director of Americas Council for Ukrainian Cultural Arts and Sciences, which is a global platform of artists and professionals coming together in support of Ukrainian heritage and traditions. In 2008 she created MODA Benefit/Fashion for a Cure to benefit Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Today this non-profit MODA Benefit has progressed to include Multi-Media and Management components as MODA Media- Management Group.

Specializing in event planning and management, fundraising, and public relations, Dr. Woroch shares her skills with college interns to cultivate their talents through the MODA team. Noted as a VIP Woman of The Year by the National Association of Professional Women, Dr. Woroch maintains affiliation with the Surgical Nursing Association, the American Medical Association and Ukrainian institute of America.
