In business for over three decades, Pennsylvania General Energy utilizes advanced techniques for solutions in the production of energy to protect the environment on a global level. Possessing seven years of experience, Karen is responsible for all aspects of human resources including: benefits administration, compensation, employee relations, risk management, negotiations, total rewards and more. Moreover, Karen maintains affiliation with the Society of Human Resource Management, National Association of Professional Women and the Pennsylvania Industry of Oil and Gas. She is currently on the Public Relations committee for the Marcellus Shale Coalition and is on the Appropriations committee with the United Fund. A graduate of the esteemed Pennsylvania State University, Karen earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Policy and Administration with a minor in Business.
