Becky Elhardt-Kiel

 Becky Elhardt-Kiel is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Coaching and Consulting. Becky is a Co-Active Coach with The Interwoven Path. Owned and operated by Becky, the Interwoven Path was established in 2012. Prior to starting her own Life Success Coaching firm, she was heavily involved in leadership and speaking roles at her church. She was one of the top-rated mortgage bankers at a national company earlier in her career, which informs her executive coaching. In her current capacity, Becky works with individuals, families, and couples to create and maintain fruitful, positive outcomes. She coaches men and woman making transitions, young people with career and growth direction decisions, holds Marriage Alliance courses, works with families with members who have Autism Spectrum Disorders, and intense or special-needs children.

She is also a member of the John Maxwell Coaching, Speaking and Training Team leading individuals and teams to greater leadership and influence. She is certified to administer the Leadership Cognitive Assessment through the Academy of Brain-Based Leadership and coach around the results of the Assessment. As a member of the National Association of Professional Women, Becky was recognized as an NAPW VIP Woman of the Year for her continuing success. In her free time, she enjoys her family, reading, quilting, art and is active in her local church.
