In the industry for over twenty-five years, Carol in an esteemed Vice President and Senior Program Manager with expertise in project management, civil infrastructure, land development and technical leadership. A member of NAPW, Society of College and University Planning, American Society of Civil Engineers, (Construction Institute) and American Council of Engineering Companies of MA, Carol enjoys traveling and art in her free time. She also spends time volunteering at her daughter’s school. Graduating from the University of Maine at Orono with her Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Carol holds an additional certification in Construction Management from Northeastern University.
