Heather Knowles, RSO, ASHM, SSH, is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Aerospace and Defense. Heather is a Health and Safety Engineer for Aerojet Rocketdyne. In business for over seventy years, Aerojet Rocketdyne is a leading manufacturer of rocket, missile propulsion and energetics for various space, missile defense and strategic and tactical systems across the globe. A Registered Safety Officer, Associate Safety and Health Manager and OSHA Specialist in Safety and Health, Heather’s areas of concentration include: industrial hygiene and occupational health, explosives safety, safety management, propellant manufacturing, hazardous analysis and materials, safety communications, training and more.

 Recognized by the National Association of Professional Women as a VIP Woman of The Year, Heather maintains affiliation with the American Cancer Society and has participated in Relay for Life events for the past six years. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health and graduated Cum Laude from Southeastern Oklahoma State University with her undergraduate degree in Aviation Management, Occupational Safety and Health.
