Dorsey is the Founder, President and COO of PetroManus. PetroManus offers oil and gas drilling consultancy services to small to medium-sized energy companies, and they provide expert oil and gas drilling consulting around the world.
A seasoned professional with over thirty years of experience, Dorsey specializes in oil and gas, consulting, drilling, drilling fluids, engineering and more. As Founder, President and COO, Dorsey is responsible for the oversight of day to day operations as well as the supervision and management of seven rotary rigs. A member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, Dorsey has been the recipient of many environmental awards and has published several noteworthy articles and papers on industry related topics. Furthermore, Dorsey received his Well Control Certifications Red Cap from the International Association of Drilling Contractors, and is also certified in First Aid and CPR Training through the American Red Cross. In his spare time, he enjoys offshore fishing and golf. Dorsey graduated from Metropolitan State University of Denver with a degree in Chemistry and Economics.
