Prior to starting Aubergine Partners, Siobhan spent over twenty years in the hospitality business, where she acquired an array of knowledge in international executive human resources, as well as an understanding in corporate leadership and cultural differences in business and growth. Siobhan applies her knowledge in these concentrations to her daily activities.

As Owner, Siobhan is responsible for assisting individuals, groups, and businesses in organizational leadership, personnel management, coaching, employee relations, team building, and more. Siobhan is a member of the National Association of Professional Women, and enjoys spending time with her family, swimming, running, and music in her spare time. Additionally, she volunteers for associations including the Red Cross and charities to help the homeless.
