Donna L. Carter

Donna L. Carter is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Pinnacle Professionals in the field of Finance as result of her role as Chief Financial Officer with Whittier Trust Company. Since 1935, Whittier Trust has had their focus on wealth management, and is the largest multi-family office located on the West Coast. The firm offers a variety of assistance in financial services, and helps their clients in a wealth of areas of finance catering to their unique needs, goals, and values.

A seasoned professional with over forty years of experience in accounting, Donna currently specializes in corporate  accounting and finance, risk management, compliance,  alternative investments, asset management, tax, human  resources, and information technology.

She is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Global Management Accountant, and is on the board of the CFO Alliance. In addition, she is a member of AICPA, the National Venture Capital Association, St. Jude Children’s Hospital, MS Society and the Pancreatic Society. Outside of work, Donna enjoys spending time with family, cooking, travel and going to the beach.

She would like to dedicate this recognition to Anthony Carter, and states “I’m the person I am thanks to him.”  Looking into the future, Donna would like to work with small businesses and startup companies, and to also be able to spend more time with her family.
