Nancy Hussey is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Non-Profit Services 
as a result of her role as Founder of the Foundation for Underwater Research and Education. Nancy is the founder of the marine engineering education foundation, and she works closely with aspects of the organization including research, proposal and grant writing, fundraising, public speaking, community outreach, program development, and more.
She is a member of the National Association for Professional Women (NAPW), Marine Education Association, The Association of Navel Engineers, and Physicians for Peace. In her spare time, Nancy enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, gardening, scuba diving and sailing. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Geography from George Mason University.
