Nicholas J. DiStefano, DMD, is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Achiever in the field of Dentistry and acknowledgment of his role as a Dentist with DiStefano Family Dentistry.

As a Glastonbury native, Dr. DiStefano has devoted the past four years serving the greater Glastonbury/ Hartford area at DiStefano Family Dentistry. Being the son of Dr. John DiStefano, he has been around dental drills and mouth mirrors most of his life and often witnessed his father help patients find relief from pain or give someone back the teeth they lost. Since then, Dr. DiStefano is dedicated to giving his patients the best that dentistry has to offer.

An academic scholar, Dr. DiStefano completed his undergraduate studies at his father’s alma mater, the University of Notre Dame where he earned his Bachelor’s degree. He then continued to follow his father’s footsteps by earning his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree from the University of Connecticut.

When he is not practicing in Glastonbury, Dr. DiStefano volunteers through dental mission trips to Guatemala and the Galapagos Islands, where he and his team treated local families with free dental care. His passion to provide dental services to those who do not have access to care is shown through his outstanding contributions. He also volunteers at the Connecticut Mission of Mercy (CTMOM) in both oral surgery and restorative services.

In his spare time, Dr. DiStefano loves traveling, going to the gym, and spending Sundays with the family, not to mention anything to do with the family alma mater, the University of Notre Dame. Dr. DiStefano dedicates this recognition to his father, Dr. John DiStefano.
