Remarkable Aberdeen dentist Dr. Grimshaw has been practicing dentistry for 15 years, having garnered a laudable reputation for her vast expertise in TMJ Disorders, Sleep Apnea, NeuroMuscular, Reconstructive, One-Visit Dentistry with CEREC 3D technology, and Cosmetic Dentistry. Focusing on her patient’s total wellness, she prides herself on being at the forefront of leading-edge dentistry. To prepare for her acclaimed career, Dr. Grimshaw completed her undergraduate studies at the University of NC Chapel Hill and soon thereafter went on to obtain her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. She is certified in Oral Conscious Sedation by the Dental Organization of Conscious Sedation and the State of North Carolina. She continues her dental education by taking advanced training courses on the latest techniques and practices that modern dentistry has to offer. Thus far, she has completed 278 continuing dental education hours of training in advanced aesthetics and neuromuscular science. Furthermore, other post-graduate work completed by Dr. Grimshaw includes comprehensive orthodontic training for children and adults with a focus on complete orthodontics with physiologic bites.

A leader in her field, Dr. Grimshaw maintains an active member of professional organizations including the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, American Dental Association, and the Dental Implant Associates of North Carolina. In recognition of her outstanding work, she was awarded LVI Fellow in 2013 at the prestigious LVI Global Institute. She was also named Invisalign and Invisalign Teen Preferred Provider.

Dr. Grimshaw dedicates this recognition to her father, Dr. Kunh who initially started Kuhn Dental Associates. She also recognizes Dr. Jay Gerber.
