Throughout his extensive career, Mr. Donahue excelled in leadership roles including Executive Director of Health Planning Council for Greater Boston from 1981 to 1989, and Co-Founder and President of HealthCare VALUE Management, New England's largest PPO Network for SelfFunded Employers and Unions from 1990 to 2003. In addition to his exceptional work with the Federal Government and State Government, he had also worked on staff at Boston University Center for Health Planning from 1986 to 1989.
In light of his academic achievements, Mr. Donahue graduated with a Master of Arts degree in Sociology from Cornell University. He remains abreast of the latest developments in his field by maintaining affiliations with the American Public Health Association. He is also an invited member of the Westwood Massachusetts, the Irish American Partnership Board and the Dean’s Advisory Council of the Boston University School of Public Health.
As a noted humanitarian, Mr. Donahue spent some time in Malaysia where he was committed to the mission of the Peace Corps and served as a volunteer.
