Martha Page Burkholder, MD, is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Achiever in the field of Medicine as a Psychiatrist at the Community Psychiatry Agency and the University of Arizona.
A clinical assistant professor, Dr. Burkholder is renowned for being a top psychiatrist in Pima and Kings Counties. Her areas of expertise include neurology and psychiatry. Leading an impressive career for over three decades, she is one of few psychiatrists who offer CBT for psychosis.
In preparation for her career, Dr. Burkholder earned a Doctorate of Medicine degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine in 1978. Then, she went on to complete a residency at St. Vincent’s and a fellowship at Columbia Public Psychiatry.
Remaining at the forefront of her field, Dr. Burkholder is a fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and the Academy of Cognitive Therapy. She has also been active in philanthropic work, having donated to National Alliance on Mental Illness and Doctors Without Borders.
