Andrew S. Korman, MD, is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Achiever in the field of Medicine as a Gastroenterologist/Director at Therapeutic Endoscopy at St. Peter’s University Hospital.

Dr. Korman is employed at the CARES Surgicenter in New Brunswick, NJ, and at Saint Peter’s Physician Associates at Monroe in Monroe, NJ. Adamant in his dedication to the health of his patients, he has been described by patients as attentive, thorough, and compassionate. In addition to his roles in medicine, he has devoted time to educating future medical professionals.

An academic scholar, Dr. Korman attended Rutgers University in New Jersey, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Following this, he earned a medical degree from the Sackler School of Medicine in Israel. Furthering his training, he completed an internal medicine residency at Beth Israel/Mt. Sinai in New York City, where he was chosen to be chief resident from 2011 to 2012. He then completed a three year gastroenterology fellowship and a one year advanced therapeutic endoscopy fellowship at Mt. Sinai in NYC. Following this, he became board certified in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine.

A doctor who is dedicated to achieving the highest metric of quality care, Dr. Korman is affiliated with the American College of Gastroenterology, American Society for Gastroenterological Endoscopy, and New York Society of Gastroenterological Endoscopy. He is charitable to countless organizations, including Boys Scouts of America and Children with Disabilities Charity in Chicago.
