Abhijit Banerjee, OTR/L is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Occupational Therapy as the Clinical Director and Owner of Advantage Rehab, LLC.

Advantage Rehab is one of the premier offices for physical therapy, sports medicine, and rehabilitation needs in Kanawha County. They treat a wide range of conditions including, but not limited to, orthopedic injuries, neurological symptoms, and stroke, offering specialized services for elder patients. Some of their services include physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Patients have raved about the office, praising the staff for their encouragement and the outstanding treatment plans.

A registered and licensed occupational therapist, Mr. Banerjee is well-known for his expertise and outstanding leadership qualities. Overseeing the employees at Advantage Rehab, he ensures all clients receive excellent customer service. He has served in his current capacity for fifteen years, serving over two decades in his field. In addition to his role at Advantage Rehab, he is the Director of Rehabilitation at Montgomery General Hospital.

Mr. Banerjee attributes his success to his passion for continual education, always remaining current with his practices. Looking to the future, he plans to specialize in neuro rehabilitation, collaborate with other professionals, and research outcomes of various treatments.

To prepare for his career, Mr. Banerjee attended the University of Calcutta in Kolkata, India.

A frontrunner in his field, Mr. Banerjee maintains affiliations with the West Virginia Board of Occupational Therapists. On account of having nineteen years of service, the American Health Council appointed him to the Occupational Therapy Board. A noted humanitarian, he donates to Man a Meal Soup Kitchen and SDSV Temple.

Outside of work, Mr. Banerjee enjoys reading, hiking, biking, and historical research.
