Anibal Raul Gauto, MD

Anibal Raul Gauto, MD, is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Achiever in the field of Medicine as a Vascular Surgeon & Wound Care Physician and the Medical Director at the Wound Care Clinic at Eisenhower Medical Center.

Dr. Gauto has over fifty years of experience, specializing in wound care, related Vascular Surgery, and necrotizing fasciitis (featured National Necrotizing Fasciitis Foundation). Especially qualified in his field, he is the Medical Director of an In-Patient Wound Care Center and the Medical Director of Eisenhower Hyperbaric Medicine Center and Wound Care center. Previously, he served as a Clinical Instructor of Vascular Surgery at Ohio State University.

Since 1982, Dr. Gauto has been dedicated to wound care. He is an expert of several specialties, including vecro-fixing, fasciitis, soft tissues, and surgical infections.

Throughout his education and training, Dr. Gauto received a Bachelor of Science from Liceo Militar General Belgrano (Argentina) and a Doctorate of Medicine, plus two and a half years residency (general surgery) at Rosario University (AR). Additionally, he completed a residency in general surgery and cardiothoracic at the University of Cincinnati. Since 1982, Dr. Gauto has been dedicated to wound care. He is an expert of several specialties, including vecro-fixing, fasciitis, soft tissues, and surgical infections.

To further his professional development, Dr. Gauto is a member of the Society of Wound, Association for Advancement of Wound Healing, and the University of Cincinnati Mondreid Surgical Society. In recognition of awards, the Einstein Medical Center bestowed Dr. Gauto recognition as the Doctor of the Month and a Distinguished Service Award.

In his free time, Dr. Gauto likes to read, travel, study, and lecture. Currently, he is very busy working on his profession and providing superlative care to his patients.
