Michelle M. Bhear is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Member in the field of Medicine in recognition of her role as Laboratory Supervisor II at Adventist Medical Center.
Specializing in cardiovascular care, emergency services, orthopedics, radiation oncology, surgery, imaging, rehabilitation and labor & delivery, Adventist Medical Center is a full-service acute care center. A faith based organization, the Center is a
not-for-profit dedicated to the needs of patients in the Portland area. Beyond that, the center extends its services to the national level with a network of more than 550 physicians.
Amassing over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Ms. Bhear strives to ensure the highest level of quality in her laboratory. With an eye for detail, Ms. Bhear specializes in lab quality, compliance, OSHA, project management, and change management.
Before embarking on her career in the field of medicine, Ms. Bhear received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Cincinnati.
In an effort to further advance her career, Ms. Bhear is an affiliate of the Advisory Committee of Portland Community College, the Oregon Chapter of ASCLS and the ASCP; Charitable to various organizations, Ms. Bhear is a member of Red Cross, her local food bank, and the Humane Society.
Devoted to her family, Ms. Bhear is a proud mother of 2 children, and the proud daughter of Tom Bhear. Ms. Bhear dedicates this recognition to her mentors, Sharon Moulten and Ginger Baker.
