Richard J. Juda, MD, MBA, CEP is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Member in the field of Medicine in recognition of his role as CEO of Innovative Healthcare Group: The Hospital Experts.

Having devised a business plan for hospitals associated in critical care which resulted in consistent ICU revenue growth over a three-year period: $9 million in 2010, $15 million in 2011, and

$23 million in 2012, Dr. Richard J. Juda is well-regarded for his extraordinary contributions to the medical industry. With over 23 years of experience in the medical profession, he developed a

critical care core group in the ICU to improve services, cut resource waste, and cut costs, becoming the most profitable in the country. Serving in his current capacity as CEO of Innovative Healthcare, Dr. Juda developed and authored an ICU management program business with a training model for all aspects of critical care.

Initially starting out as a firefighter and paramedic, after attending medical school, Dr. Juda founded the Innovative Healthcare Group which seeks out in assisting hospitals build tactical alignments. Throughout his illustrious career, Dr. Juda has attained extensive experience in the areas of hospital leadership, physician relations, merger and acquisitions, due diligence, market analysis, business case feasibility, post merger integration, operational improvement, physician relations, strategic planning, hospital operations, ambulatory care, revenue cycle, physician groups, business development, and more.

Attributing his successful, longstanding career to his ability to listen and educate, Dr. Juda states that he has, “successfully turned around hospital departments and programs and achieved profitability for hospitals and doctors.” In looking to the future, Dr. Juda hopes to expand nationally and internationally.

Board Certified in Anesthesia and Neurocritical Care and a Certified Physician Executive, throughout the course of his education and training, Dr. Juda attended the University of Massachusetts where he earned his Master of Business Administration degree. Thereafter, Dr. Juda would go on to attend St. George’s University where he attained his Medical Doctor Degree. Completing post graduate fellowship at Yale University and post graduate residency at the University of Connecticut, Dr. Juda became well versed in all facets of surgical care, anesthesia, and critical care.

To further enhance his professional development, Dr. Juda is a distinguished fellow of several elite organizations including the American College of Healthcare Trustees, American College

of Healthcare Executives, American Association for Physician Leadership, Neurocritical Care Society, American Society of Anesthesiologists, Society of Critical Care Medicine, and American Association of Physician Executives.

Dr. Juda dedicates this recognition to his wonderful wife, a Cardiologist, for her continuing love and support in life and the business.
