Hernan Rincon-Choles

Hernan Rincon-Choles, MD, MSCI is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as Pinnacle Professional of the Year in recognition of his role as Nephrologist at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus. Established since 1921, Cleveland Clinic Main Campus has contributed to the widespread research and innovations in the medical field for decades. Amassing over sixteen years of experience in the field of Nephrology, Dr. Rincon-Charles has served in his current capacity as a Nephrologist at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus for the past four years. Throughout his career, Dr. Rincon-Charles has attained expertise within the areas of Nephrology and Hypertension. Throughout the course of his education and training, Dr. RinconCholes attained his Medical Degree from the University of Cartagena in Cartagena, Columbia. Thereafter, he went onto complete an internship and residency in internal medicine at Our Lady of Mercy Medical Center Campus of New York Medical College in New York and Nephrology fellowship at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, Texas. Board certified in Internal Medicine and in Nephrology by the American Board of Internal Medicine, in his previous years Dr. Rincon-Charles earned his Master of Science Degree in Clinical Investigation. To further his professional development, Dr. Rincon-Choles is an affiliate of several organizations including the National Kidney Foundation, IAHP and currently sits on the Advisory Board for Kidney Foundation of Ohio. When he is not working, Dr. Rincon-Choles volunteers his time supporting The Minority Health Fair. Married with three children, Dr. Rincon-Charles enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends, reading, listening to music including the Cleveland Orchestra, and going to the gym.
