Mr. Kietric Jenkins

Continental Who’s Who recognizes Mr. Kietric Jenkins as a VIP Member in the fields of Healthcare and Mental Illness. Jenkins is currently the Executive Director at Logical Choice, LLC, which is a, “private, community based organization, which provides services to nearly 300 youth and families annually in Wayne County, Michigan,” the company’s website states. “Founded in 2008,” the site continues, “and approved as a LLC in 2009 by the Michigan Department of Energy, Labor and Economic Growth – this organization is committed to giving and sharing knowledge to better communities while servicing the needs of the whole family.” The mission of the company is, “to be an External Service Provider under the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Section 1003 (g) School Improvement Grants (SIG). Logical Choice recognizes the ramification of positive social, emotion and mental well-being as a precursor to optimal academic outcomes for at-risk students,” and their site adds that, “The Mental Health Component that we provide, coupled with Behavioral Interventions juxtaposed with the power of Mentoring and Family-School partnership (Title I, Section 1118, Parental Involvement: NCLB 2001 Act) are significant in improving student achievement.” After studying Biology at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, Jenkins went on to earn his Bachelor of Arts degree from Arkansas Baptist College. He later received a Master of Science degree in Human Service (Social and Community Development) from Capella University in 2011. He is also a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. In order to further his professional development, Jenkins is a member of the International Certification & Reciprocity Consortium, and the Michigan Certification Board for Addiction Professionals.
