Marvin J. Huberman is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Top Attorney in the field of Law for his work as a senior litigation lawyer at Marvin J. Huberman LL.B, LL.M.

With over 36 years of experience in the field of law, Mr. Huberman has dedicated his time to working as an independent and general counsel at his law firm, using his knowledge to developing and advancing in the legal profession. He serves as a senior lawyer, a commercial arbitrator and mediator. He has expertise in corporate- commercial litigation, administrative, public law, with cases including contracts, labor, drug, and alcohol testing. He has served in a myriad of organizations, ranging from individual cases, to financial institutions, and government offices. He holds a firm belief that pursuing justice is a noble endeavor, and that belief firms the entire approach to how Mr. Huberman practices law.

With an exceptional educational background, earning his LL.M from Osgoode Hall Law School from York University in 1997, and he also earned his LL.B. from the University of British Columbia, Faculty of Law in 1982. He also went on to become certified as a Specialist in Civil Litigation by the Law Society of Upper Canada.

Mr. Huberman is affiliated with many organizations; he is an adjunct law professor at Osgoode Hall Law School, and instructor at the Law Society of Upper Canada. He also serves as the President of the ADR Institute of Ontario. He serves as a Chartered Arbitrator, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and a Fellow of the Asian Institute of Alternate Dispute Resolution. Mr. Huberman is a co-founder of the Canadian Cannabis Dispute Resolution Centre.

With his illustrious career in law, Mr. Huberman has also been awarded Commercial Arbitration Law Firm Of The Year, is accredited by the ADR Institute of Canada with the designation Chartered Arbitrator, he is the Recipient of a Dedicated Professional Service Award from the Canadian Bar Association, and was awarded a First Degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
