Working to ensure the best possible outcome to those he represents, Mr. Martinian specializes in Personal Injury and White Collar Criminal Cases. Shortly after passing his bar exam, Mr. Martinian was able to resolve his first criminal case. At the preliminary hearing stage of that trial, he was awarded a full dismissal of all charges against his client whom wasaccused of major insurance fraud. Later, Mr. Martinian obtained verdicts exceeding millions of dollars in his first few civil trials. He also successfully collected over $100 million in verdicts and settlements in both state and federal courts, and he has obtained the largest broken arm verdict in California’s history ($600,000.00). 

Throughout the course of his education and training, Mr. Martinian attended the University of Phoenix and received a Bachelor of Arts, Business Administration degree upon his graduation in February of 1998. Thereafter, Mr. Martinian attended Abraham Lincoln University and in February of 2004 received his Juris Doctor. Able to practice at the state and federal level, Mr. Martinian is admitted to the Bar of the State Bar of California, and of the U.S. District Court, Central District of California.

To further his professional development, Mr. Martinian is an affiliate of the American Bar Association, the American Association of Justice, the Consumer Attorneys of California, the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys.

In recognition of his professional accomplishments, Mr. Martinian was honored by National Trial Lawyers, Top 100 Trial Lawyers in California (2014, 2015), National Trial Lawyers, Top 40 Under 40 (2013), National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys, Top 10 Attorney Award (2015), and by Best Attorneys of America as a Lifetime Charter Member.

When he is not working, Mr. Martinian enjoys contemporary art and martial arts, in which he holds a 2nd Degree Black Belt. Fluent in many languages, Mr. Martinian speaks English, Armenian, Russian, and Spanish.
