Nyman holds certification as a pricing strategy advisor and short sale specialist. Starting her career right out of college, Nyman became licensed in 1979. Inspired by her father Dr. Bruce Nyman, who owned a multi-office real estate firm, Nyman believes that everything happens for a reason and notes the importance of learning from challenges so you don’t have to learn the same lesson twice. With her purpose in life to lend service to others, Nyman believes she is here to help guide clients through what can be a difficult and stressful time in their lives.

Well-regarded for her exceptional contributions to the real estate industry, Nyman is well versed in offering industry leading real estate services to buyers and sellers of luxury properties, such as waterfront properties and custom homes. With an exemplary success rate, Nyman is known for her friendly nature and proactive approach in assisting her clients.

 Throughout the course of her education and training, Nyman attained her Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Richmond in Psychology in 1980. She has also been a professor at the University of Maryland in the Real Estate Department.

 In an effort to further advance her professional career, Nyman is an elite fellow of several prominent organizations including RE/MAX United Real Estate and is a RE/MAX Diamond Club Member. In addition, Nyman is a distinguished fellow of the MD Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.

When she is not working, Nyman enjoys Pilates, touring historic homes, reading, visiting national parks, and art.
