David S. Boyles is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional Member in the Restaurant industry in recognition of his role as President of Fat Jack’s Pizza. Located in the heart of the Ohio area, Fat Jack’s Pizza is a dine-in and take-out restaurant serving the Lima, Ohio area. Offering pizza, subs, salads, BBQ ribs and chicken, “along with a full line of party supplies and beverages for carry out only,” the restaurant was open with only five employees, seven days a week. Retaining high quality employees at the forefront of their company’s values, the pizzeria ensures that their customers are satisfied with their service. The pizzeria attributes their success to their, “Service, consistency, and high quality ingredients.” Prior to opening his own restaurant, Boyles worked at South Dixie Pizza Chef – better known as “The Hut” in the area. Through his time attending OSU Branch-Lima where he completed coursework in business, and working another full-time job, he continued to work at The Hut and gain experience. The business was named as a tribute to their longtime “friend and manager of Elmview Pizza, ‘Fat Jack’ Lyman. Although he was not an owner, Jack was pleased to see his name ‘in lights’ on the new store.” In addition, the restaurant caters to their customers by offering a full service pub room and Ohio lottery scratch off tickets. Amassing over forty years of experience in the service industry, Boyles has specialized in the areas of budget and employee record maintenance, payroll, bookkeeping monitoring and staff training. In addition, Boyles also handles the meal preparation for his restaurant. President and Owner of Fat Jack’s, Boyles has built a reputable rapport for his restaurant which now has three locations that he runs with his daughter, Julie and his two sons, Nicholas and Gregory. In recognition of his professional accolades, Fat Jack’s Pizza is a 16-time recipient of Best of the Region for Pizza by Lima News. Additionally, Fat Jack’s Pizza was named eight times to HOT 100 Independence by Pizza Today, a national pizza industry publication.
