Amy Fiesler-Garner

Amy Fiesler-Garner is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Achiever as a Health Insurance Specialist at Fort Worth Law and the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services.  

Specializing in Medicare enrollments, paperwork processing, networking with women, business experience in fields such as advertising, marketing, manufacturing, real estate, and computer software, Amy Fiesler- Garner currently works in survey and certification for processing Initial Medicare applications and cessation of business/voluntary terminations for rural health clinics, rehabilitation/psych hospitals/units.  

Throughout her education and training, Ms. Fiesler-Garner is in the process of earning her Master of Business Administration in Public Administration at Ashford University, and she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising and Marketing from Texas Tech University.  

To further her professional development, Ms. Fiesler-Garner is a member of the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW), the Federally Employed Women (FEW), the Toastmasters International, the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Alpha Chi Omega, Alpha Phi Omega, Golden Key Honor Society, SPCA, and Girl’s Inc.  

In recognition of her outstanding accomplishments, Ms. FieslerGarner received 2014 Health Insurance Marketplace award for being part of National ACA Casework Team for outstanding contributions and extraordinary performance for ACA casework policy development, implementation and training. Also, Ms. Fiesler-Garner received the 2014 Regional Director’s Leadership Award of Excellence in recognition of tireless work and dedication to individuals and families in Region VI who encountered issues with enrollment for health insurance through Health Insurance Marketplace, and devotion to public service, including working on weekends, incomparable and appreciated. Ms. Fiesler-Garner received the prestigious 2009 Regional Director’s Leadership Award for work performed as part of CMS Dallas hospital reporting team in processing 8,000 hospital restraint death reports that included entering report data into the ACTs system, contacting hospitals for missing report information, and the expediting of a large number of hospital fax, e-mail, and telephone requests for clarification of death in restraint reporting procedures. Additionally, Ms. FieslerGarner received the 2003 Regional Director’s Leadership Award for work performed as part of Long Term Care Enforcement Team of the Enforcement Branch, in the processing of 864 enforcement actions, monitoring state expenditures of over $38 million, and providing technical assistance to five state agencies. In her free time, Amy enjoys remodeling.
