Mr. Parr is a co-founder and an attorney at the firm, practicing primarily in the areas of personal injury, workers’ compensation, and social security disabilities.
Born in Pocatello, ID, Mr. Parr was raised in both Idaho and Washington. Dedicated to the safety of his country, he served on active duty as a linguist and electronic warfare operator with the U.S. Army’s Military Intelligence. His native language is English and he speaks six Slavic languages.
In recognition of academic success, Mr. Parr earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and international studies. Following this, he attended the sixteenth best law school in the United States, UCLA School of Law, earning a Juris Doctorate. During this time, he spent one year at the University of Buffalo, SUNY, as a visiting student. Shortly after, he was admitted to practice law in federal courts and the states of Washington and New York.
Mr. Parr is the recipient of countless awards and recognitions. Most recently, the Washington State Association for Justice bestowed him the Top Eagle Distinction in 2019. In 2016, he was recognized as a Top 100 Lawyer. During active duty, he was awarded an Army Commendation Medal, Good Conduct Medal, and National Defense Service Ribbon.
