Michael J. Zucchero is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Top Pinnacle Executive for the successes he has accrued as an Executive Managing Director at Newmark Knight Frank (NKF)

As one of the leading commercial real estate advisory firms, NKF has become one of the most trusted names in the industry. They have been offering services since 1929, known for delivering high quality services and individualized platforms. Services include, but are not limited to, tenant and landlord representation, capital markets, multifamily capital markets, and facilities management. Mr. Zucchero began working for NKF in July of 2019. He leads the FM functional business line, organizes global service deliveries, and coordinates with various groups to ensure NFK’s services align with clients’ business goals.

With more than 30 years of exceptional leadership, Mr. Zucchero has earned a reputation for being an effective organizer, strategic planner, and decision maker. He has attained vast experience in facilities management, construction management, real estate and acquisition management, public works planning, contract negotiations, and training development. Before NKF, he worked in executive roles at various companies, such as Facilities Management SME Consultant, CBRE, and Jones Lang LaSalle. He also served for the U.S. Navy-Civil Engineer Corps, retiring as a commander.

To prepare for his career, Mr. Zucchero earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with honors from Ohio State University, a master’s degree in environmental engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a master’s degree in engineering management from George Washington University
