A general contracting company which specializes in log home construction & repair, Design Concepts Inc. has built many homes in Staunton, Waynesboro and Augusta County. Renown in the field, Design Concepts Inc. focuses on Remodeling and Rehabilitation, Cleaning and Staining, and Construction and Maintenance.

Dedicated to his craft, Mr. Ham specializes in project management, supervision, and all facets of renovation and remodeling for commercial and residential construction.

 

Throughout his education and training, Mr. Ham obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech, and he is a Certified Construction Manager.

To further his professional development, Mr. Ham is a member of the AMVETS Association and his Local Elks Organization.

To gauge how they stood amongst their peers, Design Concepts Inc. has gone to the Southern Building Show in Atlanta. As a company, they won three times, obtaining a Chrysalis Wards, sponsored by the Building Show and Lowe’s.

In his spare time, he enjoys golf and fishing.
