With over 15 years of experience in financial/operational controls and accounting, Ms. Tambaoan focuses primarily in biotech/healthcare information technology sectors. Ms. Tambaoan specializes in SEC Reporting, GAAP Accounting, HR Payroll, Accounts Receivable/Payable, DCAA/Far Compliance, FP&A, Board Preparation and Presentation, Financial Planning & Reporting, Systems Implementations, Sarbanes-Oxley, Employee Stock Options, and Due Diligence. Previously serving as the Director of Finance & Corporate Controller at Adheren Biologics, Inc, Ms. Tambaoan oversaw corporate accounting function, including general, account reconciliation, accounts payable, annual tax return, fixed assets reconciliation and HR benefits renewal.  

Throughout her education and training, Ms. Tambaoan obtained a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of East, Manila, Philippines, and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Phoenix.
