Betty Richardson is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Recruiting as a result of her role as President and Executive Recruiter with BJR Contract Recruiting. Betty is a Senior Human Resource Manager experienced in creating growth-oriented staffing and recruiting initiatives for clients.

In her current position, Betty specializes in employee relations, diversity sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, training, coaching, counseling, onboarding/retention initiatives, college relations programs, and campus recruiting, employee survey analysis, and affirmative action. She is well versed in International recruiting and staffing and possesses training experience in an educational learning environment. Throughout her educational career, Betty studied Rhetoric Communications at Cleveland State University and is Six Sigma Green Belt Certified in Human Resources.
