Ms. Dale Console

Ms. Dale Console is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Lifetime Pinnacle Professional as a result of her role as an Attorney at Dale Console Law. Dale Console Law specializes in complex marital and family law litigation including divorce, spousal and child support, child custody and parenting time, equitable distribution of assets, pre and post-nuptial agreements, paternity and related appeals. The legal services provided specialize in the practice of collaborative law where the goal is to find respectful and creative solutions to divorce without litigation.

With over twenty years of experience in the field, Ms. Console has been providing clients with her expertise in family law. Not only is she highly skilled in arbitration and mediation of family matters, but Ms. Console is one of only about twenty New Jersey licensed attorneys who are certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Law Attorney. In addition, she has taught the matrimonial law practice course required to be taken by newly-licensed New Jersey attorneys for several years. She is also been honored in the past as a New Jersey Superlawyer 2005 – 2012, NJ Magazine's Top 50 Women Attorneys 2006 – 2011, and is a Fellow within the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Dale is also certified as an AAML Arbitrator, along with several published works under her belt.

Throughout her educational career, Ms. Console has earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law and received her Bachelor’s Degree from Kirkland College.
