Aletia Grundling is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of   ommunity Services as a result of her role as Chief Executive Officer with Monte Christo Miqlat. Monte Christo Miqlat is a Christian charity whose mission is to strategically help those in the community who need a hand. Whether it is food, shelter, job skills, healthy activities and safe places, health and social  care or education, Monte Christo Miqlat will be there for those in need.

With over twelve years of  iverse professional experience in the Christian Charity field, Mary specializes in nutrition, homeless care, sports and recreation, poverty transformation, partnership trainings, leadership, strategic marketing, fundraising and more. In addition, she is affiliated with the South Africa Business Network, and is also the co-founder of a non-profit organization functioning under the name of Jesus Peace South Africa (JEPSA) which she launched in partnership with her husband Ockie, in 2000. Aletia initiated the JEPSA Bakery as an exclusive poverty transformation mission operating as an entrepreneurship development that is owned entirely by the beneficiaries of the program.
