She is a member of the Australasian Compliance Institute, the Corporate Counsel Middle-East, ACI International Compliance Association, Professional Associate; Turnaction-Disabled Children in Tunisia, and is a Co-Founder of the Tunisian Bar. In addition to her career, Wafa led a project from July to September 2003 as a Young Ambassador in which she represented Tunisia in a State Department Program among thirteen Arab countries where there were presentations regarding the legal system in Tunisia and in different US states. She also holds an associate ACI accreditation. Throughout the course of her education, she holds an International Diploma in Compliance from Manchester Business School, and has a Dual Masters Degree in Common Law.
