Grace M. Doberdruk is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Legal Services. Grace is a Partner with Dann, Doberdruk and Harshman, LLC. Dann, Doberdruk & Harshman, LLC focuses its practice on defending homeowners in foreclosure, filing consumer class action claims for violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and violations of the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act, and representing businesses in litigation disputes. Grace has won several appeals involving motions to vacate a foreclosure judgment. She is awaiting the decision on a case recently briefed to the Supreme Court of Ohio. Grace has obtained multiple loan modifications for clients with reductions in principal of over $100,000.

Grace is also a member of the ABA’s Tort Trial and Insurance Practice section and the OSBA’s Real Property Law section. She earned her Juris Doctor with Honors, Law from Cleveland State University-Cleveland Marshall College of Law, along with a B.A. in Communications from John Carroll University to which she graduated with the Magna Cum Laude distinction.
