Michelle Doss is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Biotechnology and Pharmaceuticals. Michelle is the  Director, Technical Operations, Lean Six Sigma, Training and Change Management with Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnology. Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies was formed in April 2011,following the acquisition of the former Diosynth Biotechnologies in Research Triangle Park, NC, USA, and the  former Avecia Biologics in Billingham, UK, from Merck &  Co Inc. The company combines novel technologies withover twenty five years of biopharmaceutical contract and manufacturing experience to bring their clients the best in process development and cGMP manufacturing. With over twenty five years in the biotechnology and  pharmaceutical industry, Michelle’s expertise lies within biotechnology development and manufacturing, leadership in project management, technical operations, training, and change management. In addition to current position with Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnology, she is also Co-Founder of The Moxie Solution, which works in coaching leaders today or the business world of tomorrow. Furthermore, Michelle is a member of ICA and PMI, and is charitable towards   organizations such as Kiva.  Throughout her educational career, she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences from North Carolina State University.
