Fran LaSorda is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the Automotive Industry as a result of her role as Second Vice President of the CAWTCA Union.
The CAWTCA is one of the largest private sector unions in the country with approximately 193,000 members from coast to coast. Since the founding convention in 1985 the CAWTCA has continued to grow through organizing and mergers with other unions into a diverse and progressive organization representing workers throughout virtually every sector of the Canadian economy. With over 17 years of experience in the professional sector, Fran specializes in Labor Relations; Communications; Coaching; and Team Building. Visually impaired since 2007, Fran has also played an important role in motivating other disabled professionals, earning her a Volunteer of the Year Award. Throughout her educational career, Fran studied Labor Relations at McMaster University and earned a WSIB Certification.
