Louise E. Kirkpatrick

Louise E. Kirkpatrick is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the Banking Industry as a result of her role as the Vice President, Operations (Retired) with Wachovia. Founded in Winston-Salem, N.C. as Wachovia  National Bank on June 16, 1879, Wachovia grew to be one of the largest diversified financial services companies in the United States. It traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol WB. Wachovia provided a broad range of retail banking and brokerage, asset and wealth management, and corporate and investment banking products and services to customers through 3,300 retail financial centers in 21 states, along with nationwide retail brokerage, mortgage lending, and auto finance businesses.  Globally, Wachovia served clients in corporate and  institutional sectors and through more than 40 international offices. In 2008, Wells Fargo & Company acquired Wachovia Corporation to create North America’s most extensive distribution system for  financial services. Louise began her career with Wachovia as a Bank Teller over three decades ago. Throughout her career, she was promoted numerous times, finally retiring as the Vice President, Operations. In this role, Louise was directly responsible for Leadership in Operations. She currently maintains affiliation with the National Association of Professional Women and as previously served as the Chairman of the local March of Dimes Walk.
