Paula Webster Grant is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the Entertainment Industry. Paula is the Chief Executive Officer of Phillybass’d Entertainment Inc. In her current role, Paula specializes in Artist Development; Music Production; Recording and Distribution; Advertising and Marketing; Promotional Packages; Merchandising; Management; Contract Negotiation; Publishing; Creative Consulting; Image Consulting; New Artist Development; Event Booking/Planning;  International Database Referral Service; Production; Demo Packages; Distribution Deals; Independent  Releases; Artist Packaging for Song Placement; Artist Development; as well as Public Relations. Recently, Paula had great success with the shining star of their business, Robert Allen, co-writer of Chris Brown's song 'Forever' and Rihanna's multi-platinum hit 'Disturbia.' Robert has also written eight new songs for Chris Brown's upcoming album, spearheading Kelly Rowland's (Destiny Child's) next album project, writing for Aaron Carter and Ballas & Hough (Dancing with the Stars), and Phillybass'd Records is soon expecting the release of Robert's own album. Paula earned her MBA from Harrington University in London and also holds a BS in Biology and Chemistry from Arcadia University. She is a member of the American Managers Association; National Association of Female Executives; and the National Association of Professional Women.
