James R. Redpath is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Government Officials. James is an Assistant Attorney General with Office of the Arizona Attorney General. With the Office of the Arizona Attorney General, James is an attorney who represents the Arizona Department of Transportation. James’ area of expertise within the field of law is Eminent Domain Law. Prior to his work with the Arizona Attorney General, James was a prosecutor with the Maricopa
County Attorney's Office and he has extensive experience in Criminal Law. He specifically has successfully tried cases involving homicides, sexual assaults, kidnapping, DUI, aggravated assaults, drug matters, violent crimes and death penalty matters. For more than 18 years, he has focused his practice of law in the area of Family Law, including matters dealing with divorce, child custody, child support, modifications of court orders, paternity actions, grandparents’ rights and visitation matters. James is a graduate of the University of Arkansas.
