Comprised of a team of well trained real estate professionals devoted to meeting the needs of their clients, St. Pete Team consists of an experienced sales team of seven professional agents and brokers in Pinellas County. The “St Pete Team” is composed of Lee Krueger, Barb Hetrick, Ellen Reese, Karen Thompson, Alex Kehoe, Debbie Zito and her husband Mike Zito.

With over twenty years of experience in the field of Real Estate, Debbie Zito is revered for her remarkable contributions to the industry. Shortly after starting her career in the realty profession, Debbie formed “The Tampa Team”, with her business partner of 12 years. Since moving to St Petersburg from South Tampa in 2008, she established “The St Pete Team” a group of experienced Real Estate Professionals. Throughout her illustrious career, Debbie has attainted extensive experience in meeting the real estate needs of her clients in the surrounding St. Petersburg area. Holding several dignitary designations as a CRS, ABR CNE, SRES and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designations, throughout the course of her education and training, Debbie attained her Associates of Arts degree at the International Academy of Design and Technology in Chicago. To further enhance her professional development, Debbie is a distinguished fellow of several elite organizations including NAR, St Petersburg Chamber of Commerce, and Wounded Warriors

In recognition of her professional accolades, Debbie was named as ABC Action News Local Real Estate Expert and featured on Tampa Bay’s ABC Action News as a local real estate expert.

When she is not working, Debbie enjoys spending quality time with her family and traveling.
