The Honorable Judge Eileen T. Deimerly

The Honorable Judge Eileen T. Deimerly is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Member in the field of Law in recognition of her role as Administrative Law Judge for the State of California- CA State Personnel Board.

Constitutionally created in 1934, the California State Personnel Board was implemented in an effort to oversee the merit-based, job-related recruitment, and selection process for the hiring of state employees who provide critical services to the citizens of California. Responsible for reviewing the disciplinary and merit related petitions, the board “establishes civil service laws, rules, and policies and conducts departmental audits to ensure compliance with the merit system.” Their primary mission is to “investigate and adjudicate alleged violations of civil service law which are filed by employees, applicants, and members of the public.”

An honorary judge that has contributed over twenty illustrious years to the profession, Judge Eileen T. Deimerly is revered for her outstanding contributions to the industry. Throughout her career, Judge Deimerly has attained extensive experience in the areas of both Labor and Employment Trials for State of California Employees. Early in her educational career, Judge Deimerly attained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Political Theory from the University of California-Santa Cruz. Thereafter, she would then go on to complete her Juris Doctor degree from San Joaquin School of Law.

To further advance her professional career, Judge Deimerly is a distinguished fellow of several organizations including the California State Bar Association, American Bar Association, Junior League of Sacramento, and the Sacramento Bar Association.

Charitable to various organizations, Judge Deimerly is passionate about charitable organizations including the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. When she is not working, Judge Deimerly enjoys traveling to Europe, spending quality time with friends, playing tennis, and hiking.
