Tausha C. Hammett

Tausha C. Hammett is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Member in the field of Human Resources in recognition of her role as Personnel Manager at Wilbert Group.

Garnishing over twelve years of experience in the field of Human Resources under her belt, Hammett is commended for her outstanding contributions to the profession. Known for providing award-winning human resource management for several leading corporations, in her previous years Hammett was both a recruiting and training supervisor at Wilbert Group and Human Resources Coordinator- Recruitment at the City of Olathe. Throughout her career, she has attained extensive experience in the areas of recruiting, compensation, employee relations, benefits, policy creation, training, payroll, account management and customer service. In her current capacity, Hammett is responsible for establishing and developing Human Resource programs and policies including analyzing analytics and executing change.

A Kolbe Certified™ Consultant, early in her career, Hammett attained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Tennessee State University. Thereafter, Hammett earned her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Ottawa University.

To further enhance her professional development, Hammett is an esteemed member of several elite organizations including serving as Director of Diversity at SHRMJC. She is also an active member of IWA.

Hammett dedicates this recognition to her son Quintin, “I am so proud of you!” Hammett also dedicates this recognition in loving memory of her grandmother, Rosa Richardson.
