Later, he then went onto attend the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was the editor of the school’s law review. He earned his Juris Doctor there in 1987. To further his professional development, Kolman is an affiliate of several organizations including the American Bar Association, Million Dollar Advocates Forum, Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Lawyers of Distinction. In addition, the National Employment Lawyers Association honored him with its Distinguished Service Award and later, he went onto receive the Lead Counsel designation in labor and employment law. As a testament to his accomplishments, Kolman holds an AV Superb rating and was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit.
