S. Phillip Brown is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Member in the field of Law in recognition of his role as an Attorney at Anderson, Walker & Reichert. With its origins tracing back to the mid nineteenth century, Anderson, Walker & Reichert is a full service law firm that took “its present name” in 1959. Having accrued over fifty-eight years of experience in the field, the firm specializes in general trial law, including personal injury, domestic and criminal law. Amassing over fifty years of experience in the field of Criminal and Contract law, Judge Brown has become an astute member of the legal industry. In his previous roles, Judge Brown has served in the office of Chief Counsel and Internal Revenue Service in New York City for two years upon returning to Macon, where he engaged in the general practice of law. Sworn in as Judge of the Superior Court of the Macon Judicial Circuit in January 1996, Judge Brown served for eighteen years of which the last two years were spent serving as Chief Judge. Throughout the course of his education and training, Judge Brown graduated from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in 1967. To further his professional development, Judge Brown is an affiliate of several organizations including the Georgia Bar Association. An active member of the local chapter of Boy Scouts, Judge Brown has taught several classes for Judges of the Superior Courts and has been an active participant in the humanities studies offered by the Georgia Counsel of Superior Court Judges.
