Noelle M. LoMonaco Hinkle is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a 2017 Pinnacle Lifetime Member in the Hospitality field. LoMonaco Hinkle’s professional title is Director of Member Services at Belle Haven Country Club, a full service country club serving numerous members. She brings expertise in administration, customer service, management and support services, to her role. Belle Haven Country Club was established, “in the early 1920’s when David Janney Howell, a civil engineer from Alexandria, purchased the land from owners Mrs. Thomas Wilfred Robinson, Sr. and her brothers. Upon purchasing the land, David Howell set up two corporations, one to construct a golf course and club, and the other to develop a residential subdivision. The land was deeded to the Club on September 1, 1924,” as per their website. The site goes on to explain that the club’s goal is to provide, “a lifelong haven for our members, their families and guests where they can enjoy social, dining and recreational activities in outstanding facilities, with an experienced and courteous staff, consistent with the expectations of our culture and traditions.” “I have over ten years of experience providing high-level administrative support to senior executives and a team of ten-plus management executives,” LoMonaco Hinkle said. “I am highly motivated and adept at anticipating needs while working proactively and independently.” Prior to joining the team at the Belle Haven Country Club, LoMonaco Hinkle worked as a Flight Attendant for American Airlines from January 2000 – May 2003. She then became the Tennis Shop Manager at the Belle Haven Country Club before her promotion to Executive Assistant in 2004. “I have a proven history of managing multiple projects while growing positive relationships with clients and providing support for colleague’s at all organizational levels while supporting daily office operations,” LoMonaco Hinkle said. “I am a very driven and dedicated person that will stop at nothing to reach my goals. I find that setting goals is a motivator for me to reach those accomplishments. I enjoy a challenge and excel at identifying a problem and setting out to find a solution.” LoMonaco Hinkle studied Psychology at Longwood University. To further her professional development, she is a member of the National Association of Professional Women. When not working, LoMonaco Hinkle speaks at rehabilitation centers to motivate and inspire patients through the work of the Brain Aneurysm Foundation.
