A privately run entity specializing in business growth, turnaround and working with startups, The Catapult Factor is a business advisory service offering planning and execution strategies for corporate ventures on an international level. Started in an effort “to assist other organizations who may need an interim executive or might need help creating strategies for their organizations,” the firm helps to make companies more successful than they already are. An accomplished business expert amassing over thirty years of experience in the field of consulting, Rogala is an illustrious expert within her field. Throughout her career, Rogala has accrued hands on experience in working with companies at some of the most significant and challenging times they have faced. On a daily basis, in her current capacity Rogala works with clients in the areas of leadership consulting, business and brand development, innovation, goal training and development, problem solving, program development, startup and turnaround strategy, and more.
